Hello readers!
My name is Emma and I work at Wyre Council.
My aim is to get my colleagues to help me tell you about their great experiences in and around Wyre. With our offices based in the lovely Poulton-le-Fylde, we’re often out and about across Wyre visiting businesses, attending events, or simply exploring the region in our spare time. So I decided to set up this Experience Wyre Blog so we can share our experiences and let you know what a great place Wyre is, whether you’re a passing visitor, loyal holidaymaker or even a local resident (sometimes we seem to miss all the great things to do on our doorstep).

Just revamping our website and it would be great to incorperate your feed or blog into it what do you think? as we cover approx 36,000 copies per month inot doors monthly in the Wyre section could give a extra media outlet for content

We have just opened a pottery at Marsh Mill and have a few events going on, Sat 27th there is a chance for children to come in and paint a ceramic decoration for the Christmas tree
Then on the 4th of December we have taster sessions for hand building and throwing on the pottery wheel, that start every hour on the hour from 10am.
